Luca Boetti has a MD in Engineering and has been working for the Istituto Formazione Operatori Aziendali (IFOA) in Reggio nell'Emilia, Italy, since 1985. He is head of the EU projects unit at the IFOA. He has been involved in EU-funded projects since 1997 and has managed several large-scale projects. He is a former lecturer at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, he is a certified auditor for Quality Management Systems of Unversities.
